Account Service Info

I am the one and only person to have logged into accounts listed on this website, work alone, and am the OO (Original Owner). Account credentials will be shared directly with the customer by whatever means currently available on the website upon payment confirmation (usually, the information will be displayed to the customer directly on the website as text and/or sent to the customer’s email as a text file through automated means, depending on the current payment method).
If the information fails to be delivered or is lost, the customer is responsible for contacting the OO so the information can be sent again. Please check the information at the bottom of this page for our most reliable way to get in contact.

The customer should be aware that account stats may vary in large account stockpiles, which is the case for most accounts batches!

Once a batch of accounts is no longer being worked on, they are left untouched up to a week before being checked for bans/mutes. After this initial ban check, they are listed for sale and left to ‘rest’. Accounts have no bans/mutes unless stated otherwise in the listing’s information and will probably have months-years worth of time since ‘last log-in’ through the game client.
It should be note that Accounts listed for sale may be inspected to verify accuracy of Sale Listings when necessary:
The OO may check on accounts through the website login portal or hi-scores page, making an attempt to avoid logging in through a game client in order to determine their status and condition without impacting the account in any meaningful way. In any case, they will not be played on at any time while listed for sale.
During a client log-in inspection all interactions will be limited to checking stats, bank and other settings. This may be reflected on the information shown by the ‘last log-in’ day counter.

Once a purchase is completed, the customer is responsible for securing any unregistered accounts by linking them to their own email. This can be done by logging in through the official RuneScape website and changing ‘communication preferences’, which allows the user to register an email of their choosing, or changing an existing registered email to a different one.
Taking measures to avoid being locked out of an unrecoverable unregistered account is the customer’s responsibility.
-As a tip; do not change IP addresses in quick succession when logging into the game client as this will lock your account, which can only be unlocked with a registered account.
The customer must check the account condition on delivery, save credentials and all other information provided, and must manage the account on their own. Any assistance to unlock/ban appeal/recover an account will be provided at the OO’s own discretion, and if agreed upon, may incur a fee.

TOS

  • The Original Owner is not responsible for any bans/mutes/locks/damages to the account after sale; refunds and exchanges are not offered under any such circumstances.
    Refunds and exchanges will be issued under the OO’s discretion; the OO reserves the right to determine if conditions meet the criteria for a refund/exchange.
    A refund or exchange will be issued if the OO determines the account had any bans, mutes, missing stats or items before sale, or if the product does not fit sale description to a high degree.
    All accounts in a batch vary on some meaningful degree when it comes to XP and banked items; images and description provided may be rough values of one account in a batch which is used to represents the entire batch collection.
  • Accounts will state if they are registered and if it’s possible to transfer registration status to an alternate email.
    If the account is registered, and it is offered on the website to transfer registered emails over to the customer’s email, the customer must ask for assistance with the registration change within the first 24 hours of purchase. Late requests will be taken but are not guaranteed once credentials are exchanged, as account information may be purged, so it’s suggested to make requests before purchase.
    If the OO does not have access to the original registered email, it will be stated, and it will be assumed that the customer is aware of the account’s condition.
    Under the OO’s own discretion, the OO will help unlock accounts for the 1st month after sale, unless the account has been re-sold.
    The OO will not help the customer with bans appeals and unlocks if the customer is in possession of the registered email that is linked to the account, or has the basic necessary information to register their un-registered accounts.
  • The customer is not allowed to re-sell the accounts they have bought from this website within the first two weeks of their sale.
    The original customer is not allowed to re-sell the accounts without making their new buyers aware that they’re not the original owners and that the accounts are being re-sold. The original customer must make sure these new customers are aware of this before their purchase.
    If the accounts are resold at any point, the OO will not provide unlocks, ban appeals, exchanges or refunds to the original buyer or their subsequent customers, and the original buyer/re-seller of the accounts is solely responsible for the subsequent sales involving these accounts.
  • For refunds, transaction fees may be deducted from the total refund sum depending on the refund method.
  • The customer acknowledges that upon purchase they are receiving login information for accounts owned by Jagex. The customer must acknowledge that the service provided on this website gives them exclusive information to access and play on accounts owned by Jagex, but ownership of these accounts is maintained by Jagex even after the exchange of this information. Breaking in game rules may result in bans, and the customer must assume this risk when using these accounts.
  • All sales are final.

Refunds and Exchange Process

For a refund or exchange, I will need to log into affected accounts to verify their condition, and customers must provide any information that will make the inspection possible on my end. I will notify you through Discord when I have checked the returned items and will send screenshots of relevant information that can be obtained through the inspection. When approved, the refund or exchange will be processed by what means are at our disposal; we will have to discuss and agree on the method.

Be aware that I can only replace items if the product doesn’t match description. Any Bans/mutes/black marks that are not in the product description are considered, but we must be able verify that these discrepancies existed before sale (ex; checking the website for mute date to see if it happened after or before sale). To access an account, it’s likely that the account will have to be registered (specially if checking for bans and mutes/doing appeals/unlocking). If we do not have access to the account to verify its condition, you may not be eligible for a refund/exchange.
