Basic Account Service Info

I am the one and only person to have logged into these accounts, work alone and am the OO (Original Owner). Account credentials will pass directly to you as a text file through the platform you have chosen to use upon purchase.

Be aware that account stats may vary in large account stockpiles, which is the case for most accounts!

All accounts are *rested* up to a week with no bans/mutes/black marks, unless stated otherwise.
If necesary, Accounts listed for sale may be inspected to verify accuracy of Sale Listings:
We may check on accounts through the website login portal or hi-scores page, making an attempt to avoid logging in through a client, in order to determine their status and condition without impacting the account in any meaningful way. In any case, they will not be played on at any time while listed for sale.
During a client log-in inspection, all intereactions will be limited to checking stats, bank and other settings, which will reflect ‘Last Log-in Date’.

Once a purchase is completed, be sure to secure any unregistered accounts by linking them to your own email. You can do this by logging in through the official RuneScape website and changing communication preferences, which allows you to register an email. Taking measures to avoid being locked out of an unrecoverable unregistered account is your responsibility. you should also check the account condition on delivery, save credentials and all other necessary info.

Terms and Conditions Policy: Refunds/Exchanges

  • We are not responsible for any bans/mutes/locks/damages to the account after sale; refunds and exchanges are not offered under any such circumstances.
  • Refunds and exchanges will be issued under our own discretion; we reserve the right to determine if conditions meet the criteria for a refund/exchange.
    A refund or exchange will be issued if we determine the account had any bans/mutes/missing stats or items before sale or if the product does not fit sale description to a high degree.
    All accounts in a batch vary on some meaningful degree when it comes to xp and banked items; images and description provided may be rough values of one account in a batch which is used to represents the entire batch.
  • Accounts will state if they are registered and if it’s possible to transfer registration status to an alternate mail. If the account is registered and we offer to transfer registration over, you must ask for the registration change as soon as possible. If we do not have access to the original registered email, it will be stated, and it will be assumed that you are aware of the account’s condition. We can help you unlock/re-register accounts for the 1st month after sale, unless the account has been re-sold. We can not help you if you are given/have possesion of the registered email that is linked to the account, or have the ability to register an un-registered account.
  • You are not allowed to re-sell the account for the first month after sale.
  • For refunds, transaction fees may be deducted from the total refund sum depending on the refund method.
  • All sales are final.

Refunds and Exchange Process

For a refund or exchange, we will need to log into affected accounts to verify their condition, and you must provide any information that will help us in the inspection.

We will then send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed by the means at our disposal.

Be aware that we only replace items if the product doesn’t match description. Any Bans/mutes/black marks that are not in the product description are only considered if they existed before sale.
